Fill in and sign online
Peak’s official registration packet, page for page, with the tournament details already filled in. Have your coaches’ phone numbers and emails, the team’s mailing address, and an emergency contact who isn’t traveling with the team.
Each team gets its own packet in your cart, and your answers save as you go. Sign every packet, then pay once: each team or tournament after your first is $275.
