How to enter a team

  1. Fill out the packet

    Team and organization, age division, head coach and assistants with cell and email, a mailing address, your classification (Competitive, Elite or Open) and how you are traveling.

  2. Initial and sign

    The head coach or team representative initials each tournament rule and signs the liability waiver and the coach certification for roster accuracy and ages.

  3. Pay when we call

    A Peak Sports representative contacts you with your amount and payment instructions once the packet is accepted.

  4. Check in at HQ

    Arrive at least 60 minutes before your first game and check in during your window, with your roster, and birth certificates if requested.

Game day at William Blount

What every coach and family should know before the first kickoff.

Trainer on site
Certified athletic trainers at every tournament. The station location is given at check-in.
Police and paramedics
On site all weekend for the safety of players, coaches and families.
Food
Food trucks in the stadium lot and concessions inside. No outside food past the gates, except team coolers.
Coolers
24 quart or smaller. No glass.
Weather
Games run unless conditions are unsafe. Updates go to team contacts by email and text.
Parking
Follow the attendants and signs, and keep roadways clear.
No pets
Pets are not permitted at any tournament.
Zero tolerance
No tobacco, vaping, alcohol, drugs, weapons, violence or fighting. Violations mean removal without a refund.
The 12 rules every coach initials
  1. Sportsmanship. Coaches, athletes and fans display excellent sportsmanship at all times.
  2. Zero tolerance. No tobacco, vaping, alcohol, drugs, weapons, violence, fighting or unsportsmanlike conduct.
  3. Ejections. An ejected coach, player or spectator leaves the facility immediately and may be suspended for the rest of the tournament.
  4. Player eligibility. Every player meets the age requirement for their division. Falsified age or roster information means disqualification.
  5. Roster deadline. Rosters are due by the posted deadline, with no additions after it without the Tournament Director's approval.
  6. Equipment. Each team provides proper, safe equipment and is responsible for its own gear.
  7. Weather delays. Games are played unless conditions are unsafe. The Tournament Director's decisions are final.
  8. Protests. In writing to the Tournament Director within 30 minutes of the game, with a $100 protest fee.
  9. Tournament Director authority. Final say on rules interpretation, game decisions and discipline.
  10. Facility rules. No outside food except team coolers, no grills, no tents in unauthorized areas, every area kept clean.
  11. Team check-in. Check in at Tournament HQ in your assigned window. Late check-in can forfeit your first game.
  12. Awards. Champions receive a trophy and championship rings, runners-up receive medals, presented after the championship games.
